the location is quite convenient. it is a walkable distance to various restaurants. instructions to enter were straightforward. i appreciated the recommendations for food and parks.
an electrical outlet in my room had an issue. the door molding in the bathroom fell off one night. the faulty outlet made a strange noise every 45 minutes.
